What Is The Challenge?

For the next 30 days, choose 10 minutes each day in one or more areas:

MOVE

Walk, stretch, work out, or simply get moving.

FUEL

Choose one healthier meal or make one better food decision.

LEARN

Read, listen, grow, or learn something positive.

REFLECT

Pray, journal, sit quietly, or reconnect.

RESET

Clear something weighing on you, clean a space, unplug early, or take a breath.

The printable tracker lets you check off your progress each day and track your score as you go. The goal is simple: keep moving forward. The challenge includes these five daily categories and a simple score tracker to beat next time

The Rules

There is really only one rule:

Don’t sweat it.

Miss a day? That’s okay.
Have an off week? That’s okay too.
Be honest with yourself.

This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about building consistency and trending upward.

Your score isn’t there to judge you. It’s there so next time you can beat it.
